Our Gracey Avenue facility is a Part B permitted treatment, storage and disposal facility
(TSDF) that handles various hazardous and non hazardous petroleum
and aqueous products in a unique, indoor facility. The facility
operates twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
Incoming products are normally accepted between 7:00 AM and
5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. In the event of an emergency,
around-the-clock analytical services and acceptance of product
can be arranged. This facility is capable of handling an
average of 75,000 gallons per day, seven days per week, with
a total capacity of 260,000 gallons. This facility also holds
a wastewater discharge permit and is capable of treating
and discharging many types of industrial and other aqueous
waste streams. This location houses our parts washer division.
An on-site certified laboratory with research and development
capabilities supports the company's analytical needs.

divisions, along with a storage facility for marketable product.
The experienced maintenance and repair team supports a fleet
in excess of 200 transportation units consisting of vacuum
units, containerized transportation units, petroleum collection
units, and several miscellaneous units for response and field
service. The bulk storage at this facility is 400,000 gallons. |

that management of all company operations is conducted with

Cross Street - Bridgeport, Connecticut

This location houses vacuum units, both stainless and carbon
steel, and our containerized waste division, consisting of
150 roll-off containers, container units for sacks and drums,
and field service units for remediation work and emergency
response. The facility operates three shifts up to seven
days a week. There is also an on-site certified laboratory
for analysis of incoming products as well as research and
development. The facility also holds a wastewater discharge
permit with treatment capacity for wastewater averaging 70,000
gallons per day. Other recyclable liquids handled at this
facility are processed and shipped to our Seaview Avenue
location. Cross Street also has a metals shredding and recycling
program. This program is designed to handle automotive oil
filters with a uniquely designed conveyance system for easy
handling. This process is also utilized for the recycling
of steel drums and containers, supporting our “total
recycling” business model. |

Seaview Avenue - Bridgeport, Connecticut

Bridgeport's Seaview Avenue Terminal houses a marine terminal, approximately two miles from our Cross
Street plant. The facility has ten above-ground tanks that
provide a storage capacity of 1.3 million gallons, primarily
for marketable fuels. This facility provides us with the
unique capability to create specific blends of fuels to meet
our clients’ needs. The facility is also capable of
accepting oily wastewater via barge to be treated at our
Cross Street or Meriden facilities. The facility can accept barges with capacities ranging from 20 -30,000 barrels. This location houses
a twenty foot work boat for laying boom for barges at our
facility or other facilities in the area. |

Brownstone Avenue - Portland, Connecticut

This Portland, CT marine terminal, located along the Connecticut River, has an
above ground tank storage capacity in excess of nine million
gallons. Centrally located, this facility also houses transportation
units, skimming equipment, sea booms, and absorbent booms
to service our various facilities and customers. The commodities
distribution division providing windshield washer fluid,
antifreeze, and degreasing solvents is located at this site.
Various types of fuel oils are moved in and out of this facility
by barge, truck, and pipeline. |

South Saratoga Street - Cohoes, New York

This facility provides thermal treatment and energy recovery
for many hazardous wastes. Product that is delivered to Norlite
in bulk and in drums is analyzed and blended to make a low
grade fuel. The fuel is stored and prepared in a state-of-the-art
fuel farm and transferred to the kilns through piping in
an overhead transfer tunnel. The facility also operates a
drum auger system designed to extract semi-solid products
from drums of various sizes and transfer these products into
a direct-fired fuel system for total destruction. This system
enables the handling of multiple trailer loads of drummed
product on a daily basis.
The combination of specific air pollution prevention devices and continuous emissions
monitoring equipment ensures the removal of air pollutants and achieves
compliance with current incineration regulations and the standards
in the National Combustion Strategy proposed by the Environmental Protection
Agency.
An on-site nationally certified laboratory with research and development
capabilities supports the company’s analytical needs. The highly
trained chemists at this state of the art laboratory conduct sophisticated
analysis including atomic mass spectography, gas chromatography, thermal
digestion, mercury analysis, and a full battery of metals testing.
This location also has a transportation and field service division
that provides remediation service, spill response, roll-off transportation,
and vacuum services. |

This facility is a permitted transfer station for various

electricity for the state of Maine. Several transportation
units and trained teams provide field service and spill response
service to customers in the Northeast. |

Our Stoughton facility supports the needs of our New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and
Rhode Island facilities. This Part B permitted facility has
a storage capacity in excess of 220,000 gallons. In addition,
the facility holds a wastewater treatment license and has the
ability to treat up to 60,000 gallons of wastewater per day.

Mill Street - Cranston, Rhode Island

A Part B permitted treatment and storage facility with 10,000
gallons of indoor aboveground tank storage and 27,500 gallons
of container/drum storage, this facility also stores virgin
and recycled products prior to shipment to our customers. United’s
Rhode Island facility provides a solvent recycling service.
Dry cleaning and other organic solvent wastes are recycled
through a distillation process and provided as an alternative
to virgin solvents for our customers. Cranston also serves
as a waste oil transfer station for product that is collected
locally for shipment to one of the Connecticut facilities for
processing. |
